By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

3. Description of Service

DodoTag is a web application designed to help YouTube content creators and social media managers analyze audience data, research high-performing content, and discover video ideas aligned with their channel. The Service provides analytics tools, workflows, and recommendations based on YouTube channel and video performance data and related inputs you provide.

  • Subscription fees are displayed before purchase and may change with prior notice as required by law.
  • If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase for a full refund (cooling-off period), unless you expressly request immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that you may lose this right once delivery begins, as permitted by applicable consumer law.

  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse engineer any part of the Service except as expressly permitted by law or with our written consent.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited activities include:

  • Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract source code or underlying models except where legally permitted
  • Uploading malware, interfering with the Service, or accessing accounts or data without authorization

8. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
  • We process personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable national laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this site and, where changes are material, provide notice by email or through the Service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
